Gut Healing Hot Chocolate Recipe

All it takes to make yours is:

  • 1 cup light coconut milk (from the can)
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 packed of Flora Dust
  • Pinch of sea salt
  1. Add all ingredients to a small pot and place over medium low heat. Whisk vigorously to combine and to get rid of any lumps of cocoa. Do NOT let the hot chocolate boil. Simply warm in the pot until steamy, about 3-5 minutes.
  2.  Once hot chocolate is hot, remove from heat and pour into 2 mugs.

Activated Lavender Mocktail

To make yours, simply combine:

  • 1/4 cup of coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dried culinary lavender or loose-leaf lavender tea
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 packet of Supra Violet
  1. In a small sauce pan combine the sugar, lavender, water and Supra Violet. Bring to a boil and then down to a simmer until sugar has dissolved. Allow lavender to steep for 15 minutes.
  2. Add .5 Oz Simple Syrup and 1 Oz Lime Juice and stir.
  3. Top with Ginger Beer and add Lemon to garnish!
